According to the Associated Press, yesterday Alabama joined the list of states involved in the Montana gun control suit which was filed in January 2010. This lawsuit basically sets the mandate that the state, not the federal government, should decide which rules, if any, would control the sale and purchase of guns and paraphernalia made in Montana.

Wow, last time I checked only interstate commerce can be federally controlled. Sounds like another buildup to states rights issues again.
