This bill, which would have prevented employers (including MINE!!) from outlawing firearms in locked vehicles in parking lots, was tabled in committee.  It never even came out for a vote.<\/p>\n<p>Source:  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nraila.org\/Legislation\/Read.aspx?id=5669\">NRA-ILA<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>But our Congress did see fit to pass a bill which would ensure that the amount of public hunting land in Alabama would stay constant.
